I have to pay?
You will not be charged for the room as long as you cancel 24 hours before you are due to arrive.
The Georgian Hotel is fully booked, can you suggest another hotel?
Our sister hotel, the Oaklands Hotel, is located on the outskirts of the city and offers a warm and traditional environment within a beautiful setting. There is also the option of Oaklands Court, our luxury lodges also located within Norwich.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes there is wheelchair access in all public areas
of the hotel and we also have a fully adapted accessible bedroom.
Are children welcome?
Yes children are always welcome in the hotel.
Are pets welcome?
Sadly we cannot accept any pets into the hotel other than guide dogs.
What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
The entire hotel is non-smoking for the comfort of our guest however smoking is allowed on our heated outdoor patio area.
Is there parking available?
There is a car park at the front of the hotel which is free to all of our guests.
Is food available throughout the day?
Yes, Rare is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I’m vegetarian, is there anything for me in the restaurant?
Yes we always provide options for our
vegetarian diners.
I’m not a resident of the hotel but would like a drink in the mirror bar and/or a meal in Rare, is this possible?
