Following the transformation of the Georgian
House Hotel, unveiled in March 2007, the hotel’s new interior provides
a modern canvas for our guests enjoyment offering many delights under
one roof coupled with the benefits of a prime location.
The Georgian House Hotel has a large, light, minimalist reception
area where you will check in and meet the friendly front of house
team. Each
of the spacious bedrooms feature stylish décor with added personal
touches. In addition, the hotel provides the library lounge and conservatory,
an informal area for our guests to simply relax in or enjoy a special
residents menu.
RARE RESTAURANT
RARE Grill and Steakhouse, located within the Georgian House Hotel, has created a real buzz in Norwich. The restaurant is understated but elegant, offering a relaxed dining experience - the simplest of food, cooked well, in a room with great décor, great sounds and great ambience. RARE is open on Sunday evenings between 3pm - 9pm.
For our guests who wish to enjoy a pre-diner aperitif, a late night
cocktail or simply a pick me up in the middle of the day, The Mirror
Bar adjacent to the restaurant offers a tailored selection of premier
cocktails, wines and beers.
